  1. My friend April Myers prepares fabulous food in her cafe in State College. April’s creations are raw, whole foods and vegetarian — none of which I ever bothered to seek out. (I’m not a vegetarian.) Why am I so excited about it? April’s food is really, really good, possibly the best …I have had anywhere. And when I eat it, it satisfies cravings that I never knew that I had. If you are in State College, PA you really must stop in at the Enchanted Kitchen inside Lotus Center Yoga at 127 South Pugh Street. April always prepares her food with love — love that you can taste. Her presentations are wonderful. You can find The Enchanted Kitchen on Facebook and at http://www.theenchantedkitchen.net/.
