You may be asking yourself: “What is Market Medley Quiche? and How can it be Raw?!”
I start with strips of green zucchini, then a blend of cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, celery, sundried tomatoes, herbs and spices, marinated to perfection, another layer of zucchini and topped with ‘Mashed Potatoes’. An unbelievable taste sensation! The quiche is then warmed in the dehydrator, melding all the flavors and gently crisping the potatoes.
