Whew! It was a hot and steamy weekend here in Happy Valley! Today at the cafe, I am offering super bright fare to keep you cool!
Pesto Zoodles! Market fresh zucchini noodles, (lovingly julienned by my own hands!) tossed with Sundried Tomato Cashew Garlic Scape pesto and slivers of red bell peppers. Served with a scoop of Sunflower Seed pate and your choice of Gluten-free crackers or Sprouted Grain tortilla chips. For a non-vegan version, request Stone Meadow Farms’ Raw Organic Cheddar on top of your Zoodles!
Chinese Chopped Salad A bed of Chinese cabbage with avocado, golden tomatoes and red onions, topped with a scoop of Yemaya’s Delight and a tiny dollop of Thai-hini. Choose Mango Viniagrette or Lemon Basil Curry Vinaigrette.
Don’t forget the now famous CHOCO CHAI Smoothie! I am addicted!! The spices in this frozen concoction are out of this world. So refreshing, uplifting and dee-licious!
