Hello! Welcome to the newest incarnation of the Enchanted Kitchen. School has started and I have hired 2 full-time employees! This is exciting on so many levels. I am not used to having this constant help and it is amazing. We are all working together so seamlessly…an Enchanted Family!

Zoodles tossed with garden fresh pico de gallo, sweet yellow bell peppers, topped with Sunflower Seed pate and a side salad of avocado, crispy cucumbers and Creamy Basil Ginger Tahini
