Here at The Enchanted Kitchen, we believe in fresh, local and organic cuisine. Now that Summer is upon us, we gratefully utilize the bounty of many of our local farmers, as well as my very own garden. We are blessed to have the opportunity to visit at least 4 farmer’s markets each week and choose what calls to us. I am proud to say that we have a relationship with the people that grow most of what arrives on your plate each day!
